Anyone knows how to change the strap of PAM661 ?
It's a springbar affair, so you need a springbar tool (or a pushpin for a cork board, which is what I use) for strap changes.
exactly, i'm speaking cos I know AP reps...that 1/1.5mm is EVIDENT.
it does not stop us from buying reps but you can't say it is not evident
Well, you know AP reps. Can we say we know PAM reps? PolonusTM already answered this question which I posted in his review thread and he states that it feels slimmer on the wrist compared to the PAM312. Also, you have to consider that APs are huge watches compared to PAMs, structurally speaking, so a 1.5mm increase would be felt on the APs, but not as much on PAMs. Add to that the correct lug shape of the PAM661 which is longer, making the watch hug your wrist better and the lightweight nature of carbotech and it would make that 1.64mm feel almost negligible. It would probably be a different proposition for the new PAM1312, which has the same difference in height of 1.64mm, but doesn't have the right elongated (and structurally probably lighter) lugs and is made of steel, far heavier than carbotech.
