I still think I'll hold off until the inner ring is fixed. It ruins the look for me unfortunately.

I agree. They need to fix the bezel coz the inner ring is too thin. A dead giveaway. Add in a brushed bracelet and it'll be close to perfection.

Yup. That confirms it. The inner ring is definitely thicker on the gen..
Has anyone confirmed if the factory is going to re-release the strap and bracelet? It was mentioned in another thread but havent confirmed which TD gave that info. Ryan hasnt heard anything either.

I see what you mean. Looks thinner than even the original version rep. I guess I'd have to see it compared in real life but to me seems like you really have to look to notice.
Looks sweet to me and I can't say it will bother me the tiny imperfections as it's a rep.

The inner ring is a dead giveaway for those who knows what to look for. But it is i suppose pretty subtle. I'll still be getting it nonetheless. Put it on the gen Omega nato strap and it'll look perfect, which is what i'll be doing..
Only rep fans who've read this thread will know what to look for. Gen owners don't obsess about teeny details because they don't need to, so I doubt any gen owner will rush over and call you out saying your inner ring is too small!!
I like the way all the dealers have the description "flush cannon pinion as per genuine" - you can't see the damn cannon pinion!! It's not a Panerai!!
