I have the Miyota 8215 movement in my Aqua Terra (purchased from Sead). Key points:
Timekeeping is +3 seconds a day;
I see no stutter at all under any [shaken or stirred] circumstances;
Winding the movement or changing the time feels 'rough', as if it needs oil;
Biggest issue - noise. If I'm listening, with normal wrist movement, I occasionally hear the winding mechanism [rotor?] (about 10% of wearing time). If I'm driving with my watch hand on the steering wheel, I can hear the winding mechanism almost continuously as I drive on city streets. It was weird originally, but now I'm accustomed to it. It surprises me that such a loud movement could be so standard in name brand watches;
No reliability issues so far (2 months)
I would easily trade the noise for a bit of stutter.
I have another Aqua Terra on order and will compare volume levels.
Thanks.. I will probably just get from Sead. Can you advise on the Miyota 8215 movement?
