Hey,

Yes i think they are ! They all mention V6F which is the V6 factory. As i know this is a verry good factory, as the also produce the Hublot reps ...

If you are looking for a good dealer, i purchased my Rolex DSSD from Ryan from intime.co, and i had no problems, great communication, and fast shipping.

Although probably from the same factory, I just noticed that the "limited edition" number is different depending on which dealer it is judging by the pics I've seen of the rep caseback at the respective dealers... This is pretty interesting...

Where I need to be.
Don't be fooled, that strap at ebay isn't the real thing. You are better off with the strap that comes with the rep. Its still an aftermarket strap, only with the genuine Omega buckle fitted to it.

The real strap looks different, has a smooth seat belt like feel to it... Very comfortable too. I suggest checking it out at the boutique and get it there instead if you want the gen strap.

I have been looking at this watch, and I appreciate all your input and comparisons done with your gen one.
Thank you, this is what the forum is about, selflessly sharing your expertise and observations. Rep points added. :)

Regarding the NATO strap ... I just asked OMEGA EU yesterday and was told that the NATO comes with the Spectre LE is not available separately atm. This NATO has the 007 engraving on the keepers, the standard one is plain!

So we need to wait and see if the factories can re-do this strap ...easy task, low costs and would be a great plus for all buyers.

Anyone knows if the bezel is bi-directional? Video anywhere from the TD´s?

Seeing as its released as a limited edition to go with the watch, I highly doubt that Omega will ever sell it separately. They have plenty to go around with the regular OEM nato strap which is still the same quality and still just as good, only without the brushed parts and the 007 logo on the keeper. As for me, I prefer the regular OEM Omega nato strap without the 007 logo on the keeper. As much of a Bond fan that I am, I don't really like wearing a watch with a visible 007 logo, kinda tacky imo, but thats probably just me ;)

Thank you too. Please allow me to trouble you with one more question: You have the gen and you are going to get the rep. Do you think the bezel difference between the two would bother you? (thinner ceramic width and thicker stainless steel width in the gen)

I think you are mistaken though. I don't have the gen of the Spectre SM300. I think its too much to pay for it because when I saw the gen in person, i thought it was kinda underwhelming and not worth the price even with that whole combination box and all. The watch at the end of the day, looks pretty normal, not worth the price. I don't mind paying full price for the gen blue master co axial Aqua Terra that he wore in the movie though ;) I had already set my mind for a rep of the Spectre SM300, so I'm glad its finally being made. Would be cool to have a similar piece that ended up being very useful in the movie. As for the rep, I'm pretty happy with how it looks. No doubt, maybe, just maybe they will do a v2, but this one looks pretty ok to me. The flaws, from my eyes is pretty subtle. And the polished links on the bracelet can be fixed easily.

I should add that the only Omega gen that I have right now, pictured below, is the Omega SMP ref no. 2220.80, that was worn in Casino Royale. The reps of it were never really close to perfect, and I've always wanted it, so I bought the gen. Got it back in 2012. It is currently on the 20mm gen Omega OEM Nato strap. The strap which I plan on switching over to the Spectre SM300 rep once I get it.

Will hopefully get a gen blue Master Co Axial Aqua Terra within the next year or so....

Thanks a lot for your help. I must have been mistaken about you owning the gen spectre SM300. :)

I agree with you 100%. I am a big Bond fan but even I don't really want a 007 logo on my watches. "Spectre" on the back is ok, but watches with the 007 logo on the face turn me off so much, and I prefer not to have it on a strap or bracelet either. Kinda comes off a bit kid-ish imo.

Placed my order with Ryan last night now waiting on the QCs. Got a rep buckle from the Bay. Planning on going to the AD today to look for a GEN nato strap.

This. I don't care what's on the caseback, but 007 on the dial is a big turnoff.

it's because the factories make running serial numbers now, its nothing new.

Sorry, but that link you gave isn't even the genuine one. Its also just the buckle thats genuine. The gen strap retails at Omega for US$175.

sometimes is sickens me, people trying to make a quick few bucks, slapping an oem buckle on a standard nato, then phrasing it so it sounds like the strap is oem and charging more than the AD sells it for!
same with panerai straps, especially the gold cashmere for the 127, used on ebay costs more than new from AD.

Ah ok thanks. I didn't know that. Its been a while since my last rep and been out of the loop for quite a while now. Only getting back in now because of this Spectre SM300 rep...

And yeah, its ridiculous how on ebay they are selling the straps with the Omega buckle on a cheap strap at an inflated price. Ridiculous really. I recommend avoiding those on ebay even with the Omega buckle. The straps are still crap when compared to the real thing. I highly recommend the real strap from Omega. The quality just can't be beat... Go to the AD or boutique. See it and feel it in person and you'll see what I mean.

Checked my local Omega Boutique. No Nato straps, sad. Where is the next best alternative for a gen nato strap? Im also surprised no one has posted any QC pics.

Yeah I know what you mean, I got a gen tudor nato strap to go on my ranger rep and the quality is miles beyond what even good natos straps are like.
I've just placed an order for the spectre SM300, going to give some boutiques a call to see if they have the nato available.

I'll be ordering mine next week. Still undecided as to which dealer to get it from...

And i'm also very unsure about the miyota movement. My previous rep that i got way back in 2011 was with an Asian eta clone movement. Still works well to this day. So I have no idea how the miyota movement is actually like. Been reading about the stuttering effect as well. Anyone can enlighten me if the movement is good enough?
