I just got two of them, and in none of them the 1/10s subdial works, I wonder if this is expected

It's a mod to stop the upper right subdial from constantly running.

it's hidden in a few other discussions - this one I remember - you remove the cog that drives the hand (or snip the pinion and just glue the hand at the 0 https://forum.replica-watch.info/threads/the-moonswitch-project.10939341/post-11243884

I failed with this mod on my latest, snapped the tiny pinion so having to superglue it instead. Same effect though

The newest versions are all very close to gen. Be sure you order from the vendors at the top of the thread

have not had the recent iterations of either in hand so i cannot say. Mercury, Mars, and Neptune are great.

I have to say I kinda like it!
It's a toy but I like it on my wrist.

Now I want to mod it, freezing hand at 2 o clock and some reluming.
Did anyone relume dial and hands? I just want to avoid to repaint the hands.

I admire your dedication to a 30$ watch. I really do.

I'm not touching mine, it's great as it is. Still like new after 6 months.

That's where all the fun is!! A cheapo it is just perfect.
I ordered a spare PE50, I'll practise on that movement first.

I cannot deny it, the running hand at 2pm bothers me.
