True. I was wearing my Hulk (Noob 7 base, Spongebob insert) yesterday and some guy said (smiling) "You like watches, huh?" I said "Yes, I like watches like some other women like shoes and bags." He turned to his wife and said "She has a 50th Anniversary one."

Uh, nope.

But in fairness, maybe my dial happened to look black when he looked at it (in room light).... or maybe he just didn't know what he was talking about.

That's interesting. If someone is knowledgeable enough to know a Kermit is a 50th anniversary edition Sub, then they should be able to identify the difference between a 5 and 6 digit sub regardless of dial color.

Well, you would think.

It's funny how differently many men react to women though. In most circumstances. Men won't say a word to another men about noticing things. But on a woman, suddenly they're Sherlock Holmes and nothing gets by them.

Gen crystal, gen dw, gen hands, noob v9 insert with spongebob PPM and ARF bracelet are going straight on!
Thinking about a gen bezel (without insert) on it as well, but haven't decided yet.

Will put a gen xtal, dw, and ARF bracelet but if im still not satisfied will put the gen bezel assembly and hands in lol

LOL!! So true!! Plus, like his wife really knew or cared what a 50th Anniversary Sub was, anyway (she was definitely a "shoes and bags" kind of woman...)
