I have been browsing the TD's sites looking for a Tourbillon. I started to pull the trigger on a JLC that was for sale on the M2M sales area. The only reason I didn't make a offer was the lack of a power reserve dial. Am I looking for something that doesn't exist? If it does, any recommendations?

check out the latest breguet release 5 days reserve, both cwazy (the main man here) and i, and both are highly satisfied with it, power reserve + automatic tourbillon.

scroll up the thread you will find cwazy review + video

Thanks, fire00071. I was not being a lazy noob. I read all of the post in this thread and I don't remember that particular post.

What TD did you use?

I personally used Ryan@ InTime for my purchases.. but generally speaking you can use anyone you like.

And yes, if you like a PR indicator, get the breguet 5 day tourby.. hands down a great piece.

Hi tribe,

those babies are soon coming to daddy...

I needed additional simple yet elegant tourbys, i initially wanted black dials but , the FM that i liked was not avail, i also hesitated with the Cartier Ballon bleu white dial and JLC porcelain crane bleu one ( i think i will eventually get them...)

anyway some raw qc pics, will post better ones when at home and dressed on proper straps... cheers and thanks again for advices ;)

Very nice! You will need new straps! The size should be 22/18!

@Cwazy, I am very sorry to break the thread with a non related matter, but this individual below has a strong history of making disturbing and xenophobic comments regarding chinese people. He has been active on RG , I am saddened he appears here, anyway I trust he won't be alive here for long...
Again apologies for breaking the thread but you guys should know what kind of character is this individual.

Do you have back side pics? The Vachercon Constantin misspelling is fixed?

Despite having read every single post on the last 42 pages, I think i must've had a hiccup of cognitive dysfunction somewhere along the lines - so help a brother out, police....

I really like the Brequet 3006 and am considering that to be my first, last and only Tourby-purchase (I'm probably never gonna wear it - I just want it. Badly!). But as I understand it's a Seagull ST80, which would make it a carroussel-tourby, rye...?

But isn't Brequet known for their use of coaxial tourbys (as opposed to the carroussel-type introduced by Blancpain)?
If the above is correct, then I don't quite understand why the Brequet 3006 is based on the latter type movement, instead of the coaxial...?

Bottomline: Where did I **** up in my thinking.....???
