This one isn't on the last version of the list as far as I can see, but I just received it and I think it could be: Oyster Perpetual 39mm 114300 JF Gray

I believe this one and the grape dial one is supposed to be the best repped watch out there. Could have sworn I have read that a couple if times.

I think a few people have said that. I definitely think it is the best rep of any watch I have ever seen.

Here's another NWBIG IMO . What does the gen give you over the great Rep from VSF?

A potentially unreliable and pointless Jump hour adjustment, which had some pretty bad press when it was introduced

Other than that not much that i can see or feel.

I'm looking for a rose gold watch for my collection, I wasn't a PAM lover at all, but this is a worthy lookin watch. https://www.intime01.co/panerai/383...best-edition-on-black-rubber-strap-p9010.html
It's too new to be in ale, massive PAM review guide I spent about an hour browsing last night. .... eh, really don't care what the watch, just gotta be big, I hate dinky watches. Hence the question earlier about the Omegas. Any suggestions here that would be a NWBIG watch that is Rose gold?...cause I know those are the hardest to reproduce.

I would argue that if it was in RG it wouldn't be NWBIG, because there would be a significant benefit in buying the Gen.

1 It would be the right weight
2 the gold wouldn't rub off in a few weeks

Would be in steel though.

Here's my recent pickup, an AP diver V7. This is considered a 'super rep' by many on our forum. I think that the only "tells" are the incorrect date font, and the bezel screws need to be slightly recessed according to what I've read..

OK, I'd agree on those points. I guess I'm looking for a different definition than what is found in this thread. I guess I need a "Visual perfection" thread. No cares of weight, and no cares of rubbing off because it sertainly won't be a daily driver. Just visually near perfect.

Flaws on that piece, each square needs to have 18 cuts for the mega tapisserie, on the rep it has 11. It's impossible to see with the naked eye though. The font is correct but slightly larger than gen for text on the dial. The inner bezel markings are wrong, which is the biggest tell on that piece. Just highlighting the flaws, but it's an excellent watch for sure.

The missing 7 cuts on the Tapisiere squares are such an obvious tell. When will they get these things right!

Only last night I was out to diner wearing my JF AP diver and I noticed the guy on the table opposite counting. Had him screwed though, kept moving my wist when he got to about 9. The AH went home still not sure if it was rep or Gen.
Wasn't there a guy on here who had a way of drawing the missing 7 lines in with a sharpie ?

Respectfully, speak for yourself. I agree with the previous poster. I don't want something that will rub off. And if it will rub off, then it is worth buying gen for some users. Maybe not you, but for some.

Here: "... I'm looking for a different definition than what is found in this thread." That is me speaking for myself. I'm not trying to change the collective definition of what is considered NWBIG on this thread, just adding my 2 cents. I have gashes in my gen 18k Breitling bezel. It may as well be rubbed off because I wore it so much. I concurred with the point about the gold "Rubbing off" as a factor in a watch not being classified as NWBIG in this thread. However, IMO, if I have multiple rep "Gold" watches to wear, they are not being worn enough to have this problem. To me, a 30,000 watch which is gold vs 400 that may rub off in several years is monetarily not worth buying in gen.

Ha, that guy's such a casual. I could've counted how many cuts you have on the mega tapisserie in an instant.

On a serious note, I was merely stating the flaws that were mentioned. And I did preface saying it's not possible to tell with the naked eye. Not even when you're holding the watch up to your eye unless you have really good eyesight.

True . There is really no such thing as a thin dividing line, when you get close enough it is just a fat grey area.
