Yep, could not agree more. I always wonder why they can make really good bracelets and rubber straps, but such lousy POS croc straps.

I thought it is so sharp that you can cut yourself (like the Noob v7 Submariner) thats not at mine and yeah the Gen costs 15k it must be a different there

Mine is noticeably sharp. Maybe I got a bad one? I bought it from Silix and Michelle has always done well for me over the years. I can post some pics but it's noticeably sharp if you brush against it.

Mine is noticeably sharp. Maybe I got a bad one? I bought it from Silix and Michelle has always done well for me over the years. I can post some pics but it's noticeably sharp if you brush against it.

Mine has no serious sharp edges, must be some variation of finish.

I would like to add the Hamilton Ventura XXL to this list.
Owned the Rep first, and since enjoying it so much I bought the Gen.
After buying the Gen I regretted selling the Rep because there is zero difference
besides a the rubber strap comfort. No sense paying $750-$900 for the Gen when the
Rep is under $300 bucks and exactly the same.

The only noticeable difference is the "Swiss Made" print on the dial is slightly higher
on the Rep by .25-.50mm
