Look like the same watch to me. Either will need a new strap. The straps are terrible.

For the Santos 100, ya gotta get the bracelet. It's well done and beautiful.

I agree the bracelets are well made. But I hate that watch on a bracelet. I think it looks so much better on gator.

I doubt there are many for open case back if it is a concern...

Why everyone consider this 38mm as XL?
Cause in Cartier website it is considered as Large..

AFAIK it has always been called the XL. I have seen that Cartier now call it large, don't know why.

Yes the ones you posted a link to looked correct.

I bought my strap from timepiecerepublic They have an ebay shop. Their Cartier straps are very good and reasonably priced

(Quite frankly I'd not even call that XL though)

I completely agree. The gen has so many intricate little variances from year to year. It seems that TC has them all covered. His anal retentive perfectionism is our gain.

I have held several in my hand and owned 2. Yes there is a small difference in finish and some difference in articulation if you have the two side by side. But it is very far from night and day
