Noob V7 SEL fix DIY

Right, my final adjustment, I wasn't happy with cocktail stick in the watch incase it attracts moisture and also I wanted to take away the bit of play in the SEL.

Here is my version of the solution. Many thanks to the OP for triggering the ideas.

I used insulation tape around a 1.8mm Springbar. Then using a craft knife cut half of it off so there is a wedge on one side.

Then used three layers of masking tape on the inside of the SEL.

Result is this. With a lot less movement. Probably the same amount that I had with the 2.0mm Springbars.

I'll consider this fixed from my end!!

Rehaut alignment done as per Op's instructions.

5 min job, loosen 2 screws, move slightly to left or right, and tighten.

The sel angle is wrong it should start near flush and taper away .yours is tapering the wrong direction if you know what I mean

Bezel color is not an issue for me. I was aware of the grey looking bezel but it seems mine is ok.

Because there is much light but in low light it looks just way to dark for me.

It's obviously not gen and the "black hole effect" varies much on the angle and lighting.

Oh dear. RIP to your watch... Main reason Ive stuck with 2836 movement.
