I also got shipped a V2 instead of a V3 from Ryan, but in his defense I approved the QC pics without really looking at them as I plan on using a BP dial and a blue sub-c bezel to make it into a shark. I was so focused on the bracelet having paint on the engraving and no gaps on clasp that I totally overlooked the CG shape and bezel, and I didn't even ask about a rehaut engraving pic. So fault on this one is 50/50. I contacted Ryan with pics and he said he will replace, and he said he'll make it up to me in the future. Honestly though, with Ryan and Angus being so busy running their respective businesses, I seriously doubt these watches even touched their hands. Lesson learned, in the future I will be very vigilant with QC pics even if it delays shipping a day or weekend. I'm not really in a big rush as this is a bit of a project watch (I'd like to collect some gen parts for it before I send it for modding), but its dissapointing none the less. Hopefully Ryan will have one held for me so I won't have to deal with stock issues or that will taint this a bit more for me.

oh no man not another member getting the v2 qc pics .all the tds are doing this its insane.i will flip if my pics are of that nasty v2
every body should post there qc pics here if they aint sure what they have ill gladly confirm,as this v3 release is a bloody mess

I bought from intime. Yes I refused QC pics and ask for a refund. As of right now I have not gotten a refund.
Ryan is top knotch, you'll get your refund. He's one dealer I have plenty of faith in.
Honestly, I don't think the dealers have anything to do with this. They simply order a watch or batch and send qc pics. Even though I approved the qc pics (without really paying attention), I'm confident Ryan will make it right for me and anyone else effected. There is a reason he got the dealer of the year award.

I pm'd him as soon as I got the email delivery failure notification. No response yet, but it's 4am in china.
I've always made a point to email Ryan after 9am Chinese time (8pm my local time) and he had always responded quickly and courteously.

I wouldn't be nearly as frustrated if it hadn't taken them a week just to tell me it was out of stock. I really don't think it's right to sell and accept payment for watches you don't have. That's how you end up losing peoples trust. I have had great experiences with Ryan up to this point, but something about this doesn't feel right to me. Ordered and paid for a watch on the 13th. A week or so goes by before there is any mention it is out of stock. And then when the QC pics finally come 14 days after payment received... It's the prior version than what we paid for? It will take a lot to get me to order from intime again to be honest.

I think I still have you beat. I made the order. Was asked to change payment method. Said I would IF AND ONLY IF the watch was in stock. They told me "yup". I expedited payment (cost me an extra $15 that Ryan has already refunded). Order was paid within half an hour. Got a note a week later saying it was out of stock.
