Other than that, bezel lume is still not 100% accurate, but it's much better than before. Hour hand is also different, but you need to be an inch away to see it.

You'll be fine. If you run into a guy with a gen and you hold then side by side to compare for a minute, the guy will never believe it was a rep unless he knew exactly what to look for. The bezel lume may be different, but it is now within expected normal variations between gens IMHO.

I ran into a guy wearing a gen LV sub while I was wearing a noob LV. Not the greatest rep. I told him it was fake and showed it to him, but he didn't believe me. :Lol:

Happen to me a month ago. Had on my ap diver 3.5 at a night club in Taiwan at a VIP room, friend of a friend grab my arm and put it next to his Gen diver. We look at it for about 5 secs and I nonchalantly put my arm down. I said you have good taste, showed me his extensive watch collecton on his phone and became fast friends afterwards, but ever since then when we hang out I never had the balls the wear my diver near him ever again just my Gens. I swear under the black light of the night club, the metal reflected ever so diffently or it might of just been my nerves.

On the case finish and light reflections you are right!

Any one who own rep and use to the glow, will able to tell the difference when the see the gen one.

That's why I stay away from the RG, my gooood, if you see the rg in real life....pure sex!.

Saw and held don ramon before and my...my...my...the rep is not near it, weight, case finish, case brush....

seems like there is some mark nearthe bottom left link of the watch



is the bezel screw recessed ?

asked PT to realign the hour markers and they send me a second set of QC pic on another watch apparently.




there appears to be a scratch on the body near the 7 marker. Had emailed PT to check if that is a dust.

Question to the gurus here. If the second watch which i suspect to have a scratch is actually a dust.

Should i just go for the 2nd watch ? PT mentioned if i were to reject the 2nd watch. I gotta wait for the next batch of 4.1

recessed bezel screw is important though
but for that tiny of so called dust or whatever
no one give a F
all steel case will hv alot of natural hairlines scratch depending on using frequency

Well normally I would recommend that he goes to the AP ad but maybe he doesn't have an AP ad nearby
