Another Noob Pepsi project completed. Will post lume pics later. Just like my GMF v3 dial, this is a perfect match as well.

Noob base, VRF dial, gen 116719 hands/crystal/crown/DW. VR3135 converted to 3185 using gen parts and added gen autowind parts.

Best thing about it is it's configured for and comes with the VR3185. Great choice.

To each his/her own. I had my Noob case worked upon by Jon...Rehaut, polish and lug sharpness is to my liking now.

The bigger issue with the Pepsi is that you will have to use the Noob bezel/insert with any case you use. Unfortunately the Noob bezel design is very bad and is the weakest link. One member ended up thinning the insert to fit an ARF bezel but doing anything to the Pepsi insert is extremely risky (can break) given you can’t separately source it.

Just got a 2020 Gen and honestly the colours seems very dark and very close to Noob's insert. I've only had the Noob in my hands for a short amount of time but from what I recall, bezel colours are very close.

Rehaut is not even 100% on the gen, if it was a rep and my attitude towards reps a few years ago, I would be whining over it.

I collected it together with a guy who also collected the new Sub, I took a look and his rehaut is even more off centre than mine but he didn't even care. These reps are very well made for the price and we give them too much stick sometimes. The only things Noob can improve are the hands and bezel, other things seems close to me. Of course, things like bezel action is hard to replicate, there is zero play on the gen.
