JD.
Are the raffles dials any better (blue/black)?
What is your opinion?
Vito

Hey Vito. I wouldn't even waste my time with those dials. Incorrect size and way too many other things wrong. Your best bet for inexpensive non gen is eBay or Yuki. There are some online lately that are pretty decent for around $100 give or take.

Vito for a moderate priced dial HR has made theirs nice and the color is much darker. Here is a pic of the 9411 with yellow vintage. The "M" is pretty nice too.

Here is a color comparison to the Yuki.

Heres the M on gen. See how it has a tail that flares up?

moodyticker that dial doesent look too bad but is a repaint. Description says 5 are available. The face on pics are two different dials. The first has lume plot registration problems and a smear on the m in the depth rating. You would want to ask for pics of the actual dial you are getting. The HR dial is a better option in my opinion at half the cost of this dial.
A gen snowflake dial will run $700 and up.

(And I doubt there will be 5 available from 1 seller.[emoji6] )

Looks nice on the perlon strap. Can you post pics of what the engraving between the lugs looks like? What is the serial number range the watch came with?

Hugop i cant think for the life of me why the serial number range and engraving between the lugs would be your first questions.

a serial number is useless

nbingo Because I have already owned these cases in other configurations and wanted to know if the factory went to the trouble to make the engraving correct to the model and year.

It matters to some and some not...

Just like the hand set being wrong, this will not bother some buyers at all.

This is a good base to start modding from but out of the box not accurate in many ways.

The ones I have seen so far are engraved as a 7928 with a serial number putting production in 1966. This case shape and back most resembles the 9411 style used in the mid 1970's to early 1980's. Its is the small details that bug you over time. To some this doesn't matter in the least.

Still it is the best stock Snowy we have seen the factories make to date. Also gives us parts to work with that have been difficult or expensive to source.

As I've seen, this Tudors have folded Oyster bracelet now.

Can anyone describe, how to adjust this?

If the adjustment requured is more than the clasp adjustments allow you have to unfold one link and add or remove more.
