What is most gen like ?
I see gens with hour/minute pinion silver and date bronze en power reserve silver .

If you check chrono24 for 2019+ versions, you will see same dial with SW (two big dots on bottom)

~ 80% of them will have bronze pins on date and hour, silver on power reserve.

~ 20% full silver

If you look at older batches, they are more mixed

So all of them are correct, dont worry about silver or bronze, pick whichever you like

But again, for 2019+, most of them are 2x bronze 1x silver

I use this newer dial, so i opted for two bronze one silver.

Are you sure about that? Based on my research, the 2 big dots mostly comes with silver pinnons. The small 5-7 dots have mixed pinons.

Anyway both are correct however the bronze piñons are wrong because they are made too red that’s why I choose silver and would recommend silver for this dial.

The caps are too red, more of a copper color then a bronze color imo

I have to reiterate that it’s a privilege that we even get to choose such things like pinnons color.

Not even gen owners get the choice

Yes, but i'm no expert about this don't take my word on it. i just checked some listings on my spare time out of curiosity, and i see newer dials with two big dots have these 2x bronze 1x silver combination, but also saw few full silver ones too

So all variations exists, pinions are not much of a big deal, just might be something else to do if you have a little more budget and time to spend :)

About color difference of bronze, (compared with your previous photo)

The right size Pinions is extremely important. I agree with that.

I wouldn't be surprised to find out that 80%+ on RWI have a watch compulsive disorder...

Like, if you agree.:ROFLMAO:
Haha, more precisely towards reps, not gens. It's funny because the ground truth is rep will never be gen. 😭

I like the silver on this gen

This is older dial, in this example reserve & hour is silver, date is bronze. :) (can't be sure about hour pinion from this photo but looks silver) So again, all correct, its all up to your taste.

Also, - as an addition to my previous posts - please check :

Most recent dial with two big dots & two bronze pinions. From patek.com.

I badly want one of theses but it's a true headache.

I really hope a v3 see the light soon with all theses mods included.

I don't want to wait for my watchsmith to do the work lol

I doubt that will ever happen. All new versions are also coming with step backs. (Dial, disc color and movement engraving with V2 for example). You have to bite the bullet to achieve what you want ;)

I think that modding the last version is the way to go if you want a good watch…..no one factory will realise a perfect copy …..at a popular price overall😅

no way, as my dealer has said, the factory has purposely left these to be modded so the secondary market (modders) will thrive and in turn feed the primary market (factory and dealers)
