New PPF 5712 with PP240 Super Clone.....

Has anyone actually gotten the exact thickness of the rep 5712? I know there's a debate between the 8.8 and 8.5 mm thickness on gen.

In this Watchbox review he says 8.8 mm and also gives the lug to lug 44.2mm and end-link to end-link 48.7mm. He has a very standardized way of reviewing watches and measures them himself.

The Patek website says 8,52mm. I am therefore pretty sure, the measurement without crystal is 8.52mm as stated by Patek, and the measurement with crystal is 8.8mm.

The V2 5712 has the following measurements:

Imo it doesn't get any better than that ootb.

Mine is also 9.1mm with crystal.
It's really impressive how thin this watch is, especially with the amount of working complications.

I believe you can grind the endlinks off so they have more movement. Gen ones move freely.

youre right. on my 5711 end of first endlink is 53.3mm, largest measurement is 56mm

That is exactly many such reviews mentioned: these holes are not waterproofed.

It would be very helpful if people who already own this watch could inform us if they shower or even swim with it.

One of the big "tells" - if not the biggest - is actually, according to my humble opinion, the fact that you don't swim with your sports watch. Nautilus is a sports watch and water resistant to 60m (5712), so swimming (not diving) with it is OK.
I understand that the best is not to put it in water whatever the case.
