yeah, my minute hand is really weird, it just kinda floats around back and forth every so often, sometimes it's a bit out of whack and sometimes it's perfect, do all examples have this problem? Should I tell my TD about it?
Can confirm legit seller, bought many watches including buff mod, good experience.maybe this is not quite the right place, but still I want an active thread, so I'll ask here.
I'm about to order some buff pieces for my project and would like to make sure I'm sending the money to the right place.

An update on the SW dial. Dealer just informed me, the first batch has these ‘dot flaws’. So we will have to wait for the next batch of SW dial, or buff dial release.

Ok, so my watch's minute hand is loose, if I shake the watch, it moves by about a minute back or forth.
Sad to hear. Its a really promising release, i hope they will figure the movement out, so i can start my dream build

Recently got v1 from m2m.
Perfect watch. Dial has an amazing tone, very close to gen in my opinion. (For color)
I'm also waiting for v2 but can't wait to get my hands on a v2 now after seeing this.
There are some negative opinions about bracelet quality, i disagree- even v1 bracelet is perfect. Feels very nice. I had some time with gen 5712 before, not much difference.
I'm sure v2 worths the wait.

Based on my v2 example: the end links have very little movement while gen has quite a bit more movement on them. The clasp is very stiff on mine, but I think gens might have the same problem because it's a flawed designs. Other than that it's nice!

Didn't notice the endlink before, just checked, bottom is flexible (even no gap between case and endlink like some v1's) but top side is not as much flexible you are right. Not an issue for wrist sizes over 7-7.5" - can be disturbing for smaller wrist sizes. I'm sure it can be easily fixed with a little work
For clasp, i remember i had hard time opening it for first time with gen. I was afraid of damaging the clasp it was very hard to open. Had to apply force each time. So gen is same i can tell. At least in my example it was same.

How could you describe the difference between the dial color of v1 and gen? Was the gen more bluish?

Just less green, but very close, i didnt feel any difference at first look, only case & crown annoyed me, but dial and its glares felt gen

Has anyone actually gotten the exact thickness of the rep 5712? I know there's a debate between the 8.8 and 8.5 mm thickness on gen.
