Based on my little photo superimposition investigation I can confirm that the hand holes and the moon phase cut of a presented SW v2 custom dial are on the same position as on the gen.

Neither do I but the color is hard to photograph. Especially since most modern phones apply some automatic color tweaking.
Absolutely for mine too. It is not accurate and I have noticed that this happens much more when the charge is at its maximum.
Interesting, so it's just a quirk of the movement. I've googled around and it seems like it can be fixed by a watchmaker on other movements but I think I won't bother with mine and just enjoy as is.
