Yeah and the lume is slightly more narrower. Where 3KF usually have the thick lume with sharp square-edged hour markers.

The bezels and beveling on the V1 are superior to the V2, the V2 seems to be missing the beveled lugs, and the bezel is thicker. If it was me I would just put the v2 movement and dial to the v1 and share the crown a bit.

I wonder if a dealer could request one with leftover v1 dial ?

I’d try the dial swap myself but avoid messing with hands, particularly the tiny ones, unless a rep already has enough of a problem where I don’t care if I mess it up.

Lume is too white on v1. If you swap only the dial - the mismatched hands stand out like a sore thumb.

Theres no guarantee the lume of gen hands will match the V1 dial or fit this clone movement. It’s an expensive and risky path to take.

I’d rather say if it’s possible to swap the V1 dial onto the V2, it would be a better solution to send it to a watchmaker here on rwi. And get the V1 dial re-lumed to match the V2 hands, which has a much better lume color.

Otherwise a solution would be to wait and see if buff will make a dial for the V2. His latest 5711 dials are amazing. If he can make a dial like that for the V2, this could be great.

V1 Lume is ugly ghost white...cheap plastic white imo. If you don’t like v2, wait for v3. Who can be bothered messing around swapping dials and shit in 2022, when you’re already paying close to a grand for base Watches. V2 looks stunning out the box to me eyes with specific batch gen like purple hue..but if you don’t like purple, you don’t like purple.

For me it is only the light…i sincerely don t know how you could spot all this flaws simply from thoose photos…if you magnify them …..they became cloudy…..and at the standard size are invisible.

If you look at the bevelled edges…it seem s not to be a v2 because they are thicker like the gen…and neither a v1 looking at the crown that is no more protruding

This post has turned into exactly what i said around page number 2 or so.... just like the zf 15400 post... an endless discussion on what purple is what under what time of the day out doors indoors ... led bulb 100w florescent bulb...moon light ... yelllow light pink light .....jesus mary and joseph.. its a novelty watch..buy it wear it and enjoy it
