Hello I have received my QC pics and I am a bit hesitant. I have the feeling a lot of numerals are crooked (all 1s, 0) and the DW is sitting too high in the window.
What do you guys think? Am I too anal or should I ask for another one? Soory it is my 1st purchase and I don't have any reference on what to expect at this stage.

Try measuring the numeral alignment with a gen dial and see if you get perfect alignment. If you do, get a gen. But I doubt you'll get everything to line up because even your measurement lines are off.

I would be more concerned about the high position of the datewheel more than I would worry about the markers. You will not notice the markers when wearing the watch, but the date position will certainly stand out. Although I have seen some pictures of gen IWC's where the date sits either too high or low.

I would be worried about all those ugly OCD lines on the watch. Other than that it looks great.

Sometimes depends on the angle the pic was taken, look at these 2
