Thanks for the feedback. As I said I'm a noob and have to learn where is the line between reasonable expectations and things belonging to gen territory.
Anyway I am waiting for a close up of the DW and that's it.

I´d say you are as passionate about watches as everyone else. And the Datewheel is the only thing I would suggest you ask your TD to check for if he can find one with better alignment.
Just approved my QC pics for the ZF IWC Portuegese 7 Day Rose Gold White Dial.
Everything was correctly aligned, and date wheel was pretty well centered....as good or better than other examples we have seen where it was well centered top to bottom and left to right.
Trying to decide what aftermarket strap I am going to match with it.
TD has been testing the movement since last night and if no problems will ship to me tomorrow. Hopefully will have it in hand Thursday.

Anyone else seen QC pics for the ZF Rose Gold/White or the Ardoise or Laureaus?

Me too, I have bought 15 rep and rejected only one because it was obvious flaw.
Have ordered both the ardoise and white dial/blue hands last Monday. Have not seen QC for the ardoise yet though
I buy a Omega Seamaster before and don't have any problem. Hope this time don't have any problems.
Hey guys, pretty new here, but I just wanted to share my QC pics that I received. I've already accepted so please don't flame me for posting them. Super excited to get this. One thing I noticed that I thought was dumb (unless I'm missing something here) is the "seventy hour" print, 70 hours does not equal 7 days. I think I got a slightly crooked 5, but I didn't notice anything else too glaring so I think it's a keeper.
as most people said, numerical crooked is not something you will notice everyday, but a bad date position is.. yours looks good. No matter how i turn my dates, some appears worse than normal... :ffuu:
Eeeek sorry to hear that. Ya I'm fine with the slightly crooked numeral, hopefully I don't have bad dates, current sample size of 1 isn't alot to go off of, but fingers are crossed.
Received a quick reply from Toro and the DW is alright.
