Modded my FC Diver.. needs more TLC

okay so i got my hands on another fc diver. since the movement is made of fresh $hit from a bull in heat, the dates on this don't change. (thank you h-factory and jandrewlina)


mods done:

noob dial
noob crystal
noob cyclops. the stock cyclops is THE most $hit cyclops on God`s green planet

im still not happy with the crystal but the noob crystal is ALOT better than the stock fc crystal but its not the best. AND its thicker compared to the fc crystal so it doesnt sit quite well on the watch. so im going to get the stock ARd and ill use the noob crystal meanwhile.

Looks a lot better, but I can see what you mean about the crystal sitting higheropcorn:
What about a low beat ETA 2846, I remember vac had some of these!!

Is it hard to change dial and cyclop ?

Im planning to do the same but i dont know the process - it is hard to remove hand...ect ?

Me i just know how to open and take away dial + mouv - maybe can you explain me in few point the next step please

Stem height should be same as 2836 for these, as BP fac uses these movement in the low price point versions of it's 2836 watches (they use 4813 in the low price version of 2824 ones)

Others have done the swap for a 2836 from this movement and found minute & second hands fit without issue, hour hand is a little too big - needs crimping or epoxy + broaching to fit.

Gen!LOL If you would have posted those pics and said "So what do you think of my new HFactory Diver" you would have got cr@p for having such an awful rep as anyone can see -

1. The outer bezel triangle lines up at 12, but the other hour markers are misaligned.
2. The bezel screw are not recessed "properly" and are at different depths
3. The cyclops looks like sh!t because it has a blue hue
4. The crystal isn't clear enough
5. The FC grain doesn't look anything like the "Gen"
6. The lume on the outer bezel numbers aren't raised enough
7. Blah Blah Blah Blah...

I went and checked out the rest of the review and pics of the Gen. Looks like the guy must have got one of those cr@py Rep crystals from AP when they made his watch. wway to much glare.

He better demand the upgraded V4 crystal or get his money back
