just got my ZF V2 white dial with blue hands! Switch to Orloff black croc strap and feels amazing!
Got a noob question for the movement. Correct me if I am wrong.
Crown position 0 clockwise for manual winding (feels tough sometimes)
Crown position 1 clockwise for date adjustment
Crown position 2 for time adjustment

I've been reading this massive 390+ page thread trying to get a fix on the exact dimensions of the straps from Orloff to replace the one it comes with. What was it you ordered? I just want a strap that I can place the IWC rep deployment clasps into that will replace the strap the rep comes with (I have ordered the same one you have, but in black, it is on its way now).

So I would love to know exactly what strap and specs should I be using to order a strap? I seem to be going in circles on the various strap websites, as none of them match what I think the specs are for this deployment band :
20/18, 135/35 - or is that wrong?

The second one I ordered was the blue/white Laureus. The one with the picture of a group of the short bus kids.

I ordered a clear back to replace it.

What TD did you order A clear case back from? I have the same issue with my laureus. Just love that clear case back.

Perfect thanks, and yes I am waiting on the IWC 5007 with the curved ends so these are the measurements I was after. Love the snug fit of those curved lugs.

hey guys! need your help i know the rules about posting qc pics and thats why i have never done this before. but i know with this watch specifically there are many issues with crooked numbers and misaligned date wheels im not gonna start drawing fancy lines and stuff but i wasnt sure if the 10 is uneven also the date looks off to the left? but i cant tell if its just the angle of the picture. Any thoughts?

Apologies but I took the liberty of putting some grids on in PS: Very difficult to judge because of perspective distortion in the image and the light, but I think you might be correct about the 10...the 1 does look low / misplaced. Not sure about the 4 also. Certainly worth raising your concerns and at least requesting further images.

Maybe it's not perfect, but I would take it. The next might be even worse.

Date is fine, 10 is slightly off but can be fix by watch Smith. Tbh, most ZF has the 10 like that so no matter how many times you reject it still will be the same. My advice is once received the watch get a watch Smith to check out the movement and do the index if you like. So if I were you I will take it.
