Now the price. If it's too high than I think many will just sit on the fence and wait for the next few versions.

Problem is that subsequent versions are not always better than the last one.
Take the 3714 for instance, in my opinion the first version (excluding the movement) was the best version regarding case and hands and the latest for dial and tachy. Add them together and you have the best combination.
I haven't really followed the 3777 PP as I bought one of the first ones then flipped it. For me the first version was the best even if the dial colour was not spot on. The next version (different factory I believe) made the triangle too small and the latest version, so I have read, doesn't have the sunburst? Maybe there will be a version in the future that gets everything right?
I think in reality as the model has been on the market for a while interest wains therefore the attention to detail suffers.

Once the black dial is released I'm in. That rep strap has got to go though.

That's ok, so there will be more first batch watches left for the ones who don't care much about the price... :balloon:
I usually don't buy any v1 of a watch anyways... I have learned my lesson more than once..

Errr not always the best approach. Look at breitling superocean abyss 44mm chrono and non chrono. Only one version released, super rep, not done anymore. Plenty of other examples like that.

But the abyss was nearly perfect, no need to change. We have a "new" movement that probably will be improved upon, especially since this watch has a nice following that will push for improvements .. just imo.. having said that I will most probably pull the trigger..

The white one with the bluish numbers isn't available yet at InTime. Just have to wait a little more.

I'd like to see some polishing on the baseplate. I've seen it on other reps

What are the lug and deployment widths? A proper strap is a must for this since rep straps are terrible.

I believe 22. But there are a few guys on this thread that have OEMs ready for the rep so they can confirm

Was it just the lighting or the one with black strap have a silver numbering?

I checked the IWC site and there's no combination of white dial & silver numbering, so is that a fantasy model?
