Noob V2 Crown Guards?

I have seen a bunch of posts about the hour markers, insert inaccuracies, pearl being wrong, etc. But I haven't seen anything about the crown guards. I was just comparing the Noob crown guards to the BP crown guards. They are definitely different, and honestly the BP looks much closer to Gen in my opinion. Am I looking at this wrong or are the Noob crown guards too small? Think i'm going to sell my Noob and wait for the next BP.

Let me know how you do it. The only thing better on the noob in my opinion is the pearl and the dial

it looks almost negligible. i mean if the watch is on someone's wrist one couldn't possibly determine if it's rep or gen from a quick glance or flash. unless you're there to scrutinize the watch up close then it wouldn't really matter, no?

Starting to wonder what people see when they look at reps nowadays, seriously seeing things that aren't there! :p

Go back a few years and complain then when you may have had a point, these reps are very accurate now, unless you're Data from Star Trek or something! ;)

wepiii has had a bit of buyer's remorse for his V2 from the moment it arrived and is now building a case for himself to rationalize jettisoning it while they're still in demand and hot.

The crown guards are fine, the V2 is awesome, particularly Batch 2, and for a $300 rep we're kidding ourselves if we think there's more left on the plate here as Mickey above mentioned.

Sell it and move on wep, you need to get something you feel 100% about so you have no regrets and can fully enjoy it. :)

This is very true.

I have a lot of high grade reps, and the V2 is my goto watch, so much so i bought a second. I have 2 batch 2's and neither has the left justified DWO problem.

I notice especially on the Rolexes that this is the case. A few years ago, these watches looked like piles of dung. Now these guys want a perfect rep for $200.

Has nothing to do with me wanting a perfect rep (Although it would be nice if they could get some of the stupid things fixed). It has to do with the fact that the one that is $100 cheaper has a more accurate case. I did buy in to the Noob "hype" when people like Alfru shit all over my post about my new BP. I didn't get it then and I shouldn't have listened to it. The BP is simply the better of the two reps. Don't look at the pictures on tapatalk, open it up on a computer and really look.

If the CG's are your main concern, get the BP. Others will point out flaws in the BP that they can't live with. You're ridiculous to let another person influence your thought process. The rule is always, get what you like.

Bingo, get what you like! :)

What annoys me most is crooked hour markers and wonky pearls :p
