New ORF SMPc 300m A8800 released today

Finally got my QC pictures, and generally happy with the example. Except for the bracelet fitment, where I'm unsure how good of a fitment to expect.

Would you guys accept this, or should I expect better?

Upon seeing the pictures on my phone (instead of scaled up on my pc), I'm starting to think I'm making a big deal out of very slight gap.

May i ask, is your printing better aligned?
I try to figure out, if its just individual flaw or if this whole batch has problems with that.

Nothing wrong with that fitment at all. Gen is the same in a lot of cases.

Nope, mine seems to have the same alignment, where the "A" almost touches the edge of the waves. Honestly I'm not bothered by it though.

Thank you, that helps a lot - then its probably as good as it gets!
I hope in real life you cant even notice it and luckily its just the OMEGA line.

So i got my QCs today, but i am really torn apart on this one.
Overall watch looks fine to me, but "OMEGA" is completly off center, almost touches the wave on the right.
What do you guys think, will it be that noticable in real life?

It all depends on your td. Last week orf release d a big batch of the Tokyo seamaster. One of my Chinese friends told me that the orf seamaster were available, i guess some td's in here have a big backlog of orders that first need to be fulfill.

Definitely interested to hear more about the Tokyo Seamaster, I couldn't see It up on Trusty yet.

Something is wrong with the OR factory movement. I have ordered 2 watches, one with a black dial and the other with a blue dial and both had the same problem, when putting the watch in a horizontal position it stops even with a good power reserve. Has that happened to someone else?

I am considering pulling the trigger on a grey dial. I already own the vsf v2 model but the yellow lume has always bothered me. I see the ORF almost as an upgrade

I wore my ORF black edition 3 months. Recently after a whole day on the wrist it can stop working at 5...6 am. It happens 2 or 3 times per week. Usually I tread 8000 steps, so the cause is not my sedentary lifestyle. Should I lubricate the winding rotor? But it spins very well. If I shake the watch, the rotor can spin up to 15 times. Any ideas?

I'm waiting for a RG/Blue with RG/SS bracelet version from TT, I didn't see this version here. The bracelet matches my wedding ring, that's why I chose this especially.
Blue dial+bezel seems to be better than black with rose gold case, can't wait to verify ^^
Ordered 04/08. Once I get and accepted these QC, I'll post them here
Hopefully the movement will work well, is a service after receive it is unnecessary/impossible/too expensive (multiple picks allowed) ?
