They really did nail the new mesh band. All it needs now is that titanium finish to match the case.

This is disturbing , is this a pic of the rep or just a pic from the internet? Did any of the v1 or v2 owners had any problem with the bezel color or bezel engravings,any fading in color or lumen of engravings?

There is always a possibility of a "better" version, and this does appear to be a V3 since the bezel text does appear thicker but remember how V1 had text that was thicker than the gen?

Should anyone get this V3 or wait for a possible V4 or V5? Will a V6 have the Ti mesh bracelet? At the end of the day we all have to decide if the currently available version is acceptable.

For me the V2 is great. It comes with an infinitely adjustable (although inaccurate) mesh bracelet and I still have the option of buying the Ti mesh when that becomes available.

I can't tell if the V3 is "browner" than my V2 but based on the picture I just took, I don't know if I want it browner than this.

No, it's a SS band that's made to look like the gen.

Yes they upgraded the bezel fonts and probably improved the dark-brown tone as well. My goodness.. VSF is serious about this rep. They listen and improve right away. With the titanium bracelet, this may be another masterpiece in the rep world.

Can anyone verify the WEIGHT of the V1 stainless steel watch? Just wondering what the weight difference is between the V1 and the Ti V2.

First things first, i shall refer to the the one with the new mesh and updated clasp the V3 so as to avoid any confusion.

The V3 mesh pattern is weaved/knitted closer together compared to the V2 mesh which was more spaced out. But the V3 mesh is still not close to gen. Its still too elongated when compared to the more shorter and rounder mesh pattern of the gen. Not bad though. I'm waiting patiently for the full on titanium mesh and hope it looks even better and closer to gen.

This might be one of those ones where it takes a long time to nail down the exact specifics for the bracelet.

May give it a few months then just get VSF with gen bracelet. Don't think I'm patient enough to wait a year for them to nail the band.

I feel like the main difference between the v1 and v2 mesh is the tapering as well as the fact that the mesh appears sanded flat- the v1 mesh band looks like circular links that has a somewhat bumpy/rounded texture on the top, while the v2 bracelet has had these ridges sanded flat. At any rate, looks awesome. Will be interested to see if they nail it on the titanium version if they do indeed do it.

Thanks for the comparison photos Imran. The bracelet is looking mighty close to gen! Can't wait for titanium Milanese! Kind of sucks having your V2 in the mail still when they come out with a new bracelet but oh well I would've wanted to trade it for the titanium anyway so I'd still be upgrading in July.

I believe Trusty confirmed that’s it’s coming in Ti a few pages back (after he posted the new SS bracelet info).

For the titanium bracelet version, factory said that maybe June or July. No exact timeline and further information given though.

is it just me eyes or it looks like that font is upgraded (a bit thicker- as on genuine) when new bezel came ( the one with holes)... it looks really thicker on new 448 usd one than the one on 428 usd... your opiniones?

It does look like the bezel font’s been updated. They are moving quick. Making it hard to resit to pull the trigger now. Have to hold back just a little while still, c’mon, you can do it, resist, resist, focus.
