Ha! Yes. I just meant that if the grass in the rep pic was fake, people would be saying “rep grass colour looks way off compared to gen grass”

You’re right tho, hard to compare rep vs gen subtle differences unless both are side by side in exactly the same light and angles...which isn’t realistically gonna happen in real life.

If you were in U.K, I’d send you a rep to get your thoughts. If something was off with the rep, your eyes would know straight away. I’d rather live in ignorance

Yes it is very difficult trying to get the same light and angles to compare, especially with this watch where even a small lighting difference can really change the colours of the face, markings, strap etc.

An example of that, here's a photo I took of the gen less than five minutes after I took the previous one. Because of a small lighting change and a change of background (being plain sand and not colourful grass and water like the last one), the watch looks a bit different. I'd say this one actually is a bit more accurate colour wise to what it looks like in person in that lighting (non-direct sunlight).

Here's another comparison shot with this pic and the rep. One thing I notice on the rep pic, and it might just be the picture, is that there seems to be a contrast between the colour of the hour makers and the bezel markings, whereas on the gen the colours are very similar.

Rep looks very good in your comparison.

We can’t nit pick at the colours too much (based on photos) since even the grass looks different colours. Haha.

What? We don't all have $3,000 DSLRs, 18% gray cards, and Photoshop?

What's clear now is that V1 was ok but steel. V2 in titanium with the improved bezel and dial looks really good from what I can see and from the comparison pics from MrBurgundy

Heck even the nato strap looks just as good as the gen! The V2 has definitely exceeded my expectations thus far.

I have a question? Are there diference in watch if you buy from intime or trusty time , is it diferent watch or same watch(version) just diferent suplier? tnq
