Hopefully once Omega boutiques reopen they’ll have more info. regarding the genuine Milanese band. Fingers crossed!
If they are going to be charging £1,200 for one they can ram it, I’ll wait for a decent rep.
1200 USD so about a grand

A kickass titanium mesh will be repped soon enough I reckon; patience needed.
I tried a mesh (polished, steel) on my diver...looks good imoI have a feeling that this VSF mesh bracelet would look quite good on a 42mm CRPO (or any other 20mm lug Seamaster)... Anyone experimenting with such ideas?

Lovely gen mate.
Any chance you could take an outdoor pic (not in direct light), so we can do a side by side comparison with this pic?
Rep heritage/vintage dials will never capture the depth and beauty of gen but I think VSF have done a good job here; but as we all know, gen is gen!

Do you know this for sure, or are you just speculating?

Here you go—took the gen on a walk this morning and grabbed this pic in similar non-direct sunlight as the rep pic. Even though it does kinda look like it, no filters or effects have been added.
And here's your side-by-side comparison The rep doesn't look too bad.
