Hopefully once Omega boutiques reopen they’ll have more info. regarding the genuine Milanese band. Fingers crossed!

A kickass titanium mesh will be repped soon enough I reckon; patience needed.

I have a feeling that this VSF mesh bracelet would look quite good on a 42mm CRPO (or any other 20mm lug Seamaster)... Anyone experimenting with such ideas?

Lovely gen mate.

Any chance you could take an outdoor pic (not in direct light), so we can do a side by side comparison with this pic?

Rep heritage/vintage dials will never capture the depth and beauty of gen but I think VSF have done a good job here; but as we all know, gen is gen!

Can do—I'll get that done a little later when the sun's actually out here.

Can you please measure the case thickness with and without th domed crystal? Thanks

I won't be able to do this one I'm afraid. I don't have any precision tools like a calliper right now so the only things I could use would be a tape measure or ruler...and those would not be very accurate when talking case thicknesses.

Here you go—took the gen on a walk this morning and grabbed this pic in similar non-direct sunlight as the rep pic. Even though it does kinda look like it, no filters or effects have been added.

And here's your side-by-side comparison :) The rep doesn't look too bad.

Look nice indeed.

Is that the rep or gen clasp? How did you assemble the clasp to this mesh bracelet?

Ah nice to see the bezel font on the V2 is just about right when seen with the gen. It was definitely too thick on the V1.
