The picture/caption in the first post states that it has a SA3135 movement.

And so?

I do not need to know what they write. This is an SH3135 / Yuki, not an SA. Otherwise I would not write what I wrote.

You are correct. I just looked at PureTime's website and it is indeed a SH3135 movement. PureTime made a mistake.

This doesn't look like the "silver" dial? I had a 116234 franken with a gen silver dial and it has much more detail, this is just plain flat. Maybe a typo and it's meant to be the white dial? Gen pictured below:

@gamba66 Your thoughts on this new ARF release? :)
It is a milestone imo, amazing that it comes with an SH 3135 because that will make it easy to fit on genuine hands, datewheel and dial.

Caseshape, lugs, endlinks all look very good (although there are not many pictures showing the endlinks and lugs) also the coronet looks quite good (but hard to say if it has the 3D effect of gen). Bezel looks good but not amazing, to be honest you cant expect them to get it very close to genuine because whitegold has a more prominent shine than steel and it is quite a delicate part to produce.

Crown looks very good too but on the genuine it is slightly recessed into the case, so the case looks just a little different:

Also lume markers are a bit closer to the railroadtrack on gen plus they look a little bit more refined

Also this looks more like a white dial to me..

These flaws are very minor though in comparison to the 6 digit reps we are used to!

Maybe this is the DJ we have all been waiting for? I really hope not because I would have to franken it, making this my 3rd or even 4th franken project..

The lume looks like the lume on my dj41/DJ II which I'm still tryna figure out which one mine is :/.

I'm starting to think mine is possibly an ARF?

The DJ II is one model, DJ 41 is a different one and the ARF one here is a DJ 36, yet another model.

Yeah I know haha, I'm asking if anybody is able to identify which one mine is
And how is this in any way relevant to the thread..? Make a thread in the Roles section instead of commenting in here ;)

The bezel looks much improved vs the BP. I am very excited about this watch.. Put a gen dial in it and a gen date wheel and you have a fantastic Datejust.

As far as I know Rolex steel models are always 904L

They switched to 904L in the late '80's, anything prior to that was 316L.
If I'm correct they were using bracelets made of 316L on 904L cases a few years after they switched to 904L.

This watch it's miles better than BP one. Bracelet and clasp, springbars, tube, crown, glass, reahut, bezel, case....and it has already a SH3135/Yuki inside and not crappy SA.

PS: the watch has a SH movement inside, it confirmed that the ARF it's JF, like some dealer said.

Can u explain its same Maker or Different?

ARF it's 100% JF, same marker, just different name to take off the attention of JF name due police raids and problem in China. This is confirmed by some dealers if you ask them this. Caraftmanship, engraving serial numer on the case, finish, reahut type, SH3135 moments (actually unique and only for JF factory) an many many other details reminds all to JF (sub C ARF it's 100% the same of JF, even same clasp code)

Angus said also that some of us could know what is the real name/factory behind of "ARF" , and it's JF. Some dealer in their post sale ad called the new daytona gold "JF/ARF"
