In person the blue is closer than the green. The green dial looks good but I would say it’s about 5% off. Of course color difference cannot be quantified but it’s just a numerical feel.
May I ask where you got that 1,5 link from ?I have 3,5 links.
3 is to tight, 4 to big.
Beautiful build and thanks for the comparison. Whats next, are you planning to pick up some of the other color dials?Hey everyone! I finally received my Franken white dial , here are some pictures it’s tougher clicking comparison pictures than I thought. Lighting on ap dials play such a big role.
Apsf has done amazing job the case construction is exactly like gen, the bracelet is definitely lot smoother on gen the dimensions are exactly the same as gen. Il do a better comparison next week just very occupied with work. Clicked a few pics for you guys.
The only thing I noticed different were the screws they are WG pale coloured on gen , and Rep DW is white, where as Gen is pale cream coloured
Apsf Dial is really really good the colour matches the gen pretty much , it doesn’t look plasticky like 15500 reps, except for the subdial ring which are shinier and more prominent on gen. The Winding on both watches is very smooth
The Franken turned out really good , I got confused a few times had to look at the movement
Lefts is apsf with gen dial installed , right is gen ap. Dial outside is apsf stock.

I feel like the rose color is already great on the apsf, so the plating would only be for durability not visual accuracy unlike the vsf Rolex gold. Either way, the rose gold with blue dial is absolutely the most beautiful combo for me, it really brings out the dial color! Enjoy it my friend.
Now with the RG versions, and how good those are looking, we need APS to release tungsten based models!

The more I look at this photo, the more I am convinced that this is the most beautiful variation of blue i've ever seen in the rep game...mine is on his way, last time I was so excited for an arrival, I was waiting for the first Daytona Noob with 4130 superclone...
Yesterday this one arrived. What a beauty!! Runs like a champ and just such a well build watch. Took it to the patio for some pictures and now contemplating whether to keep it or sell it (i am in to thin watches but had to see this one in person)..
