Can you verify that the moon phase works as the hour and minutes are moving? I was under the impression that it’s got a working moon phase

Thanks. Given all the input, I guess for me it is sitting this one out till it starts to look clearer, then. I wouldn´t want to get the wrong color of dial :(

The other thing I should have mentioned is Andrew told me that green has changed name to PPF and this PPF is not the same factory as the one selling the 5711. I don't know what to believe anymore.

I ordered it, lets see
there is too much confusion
the only way is to spend the money
keep your fingers crossed and enjoy the watch when it comes

Unfortunately the fact that the moonphase is moving doesn't necessarily make it a working moonphase. Many reps have moonphase that just behave as night/day indicators (goes around in 24h) but don't really behave as moonphase complication, which as you rightly mentioned previously moves a little bit every day, and takes 29.5 days to do a full rotation

I understand it’s probably not a working moon phase as it’s supposed to be, but does it move with the hour and minute hands at all? I know the side pushers move it but that alone is not that great for me.

Everything is getting very confusing about this release/name change. The moon phase was working on the green version , and by that I mean fully working moon phase calendar. If on this PPF is not than I don’t think it’s the same watch.

True but looks at their watch to tell them what the moon is doing. As long as the moon phase is moving then it’s all good in my book.

If you cycle through a full 24 hours to set time, you’ll see the date advance one day as well as the moonphase advance one click

Here is the ppf and green market, at first glance I have a different color of the dial, all TD say it is the same watch, but seeing this I have my doubts, what do you think?

Here is a better comparison between the two pictures. It's so close in my opinion that it's probably the light.

Also been told by trusty its the same, dial color may be down to lighting conditions, placed my order anyway, guess it will be of benefit to the community to post 1 or 2 QC photos once they're received, against rules generally but I think for everyone to make their own mind up about the dial color it would in everyones interest.

To address the moonphase issue: it is NOT a day/night indicator. It is an actually working moonphase. It moves one click every day as a moonphase should :)

I just verify with Li many times, he insist it is the same one, i still doubt as well since i saw the video the dial seem different, the PPF dial color look more light compare to Green or it just a light, for people who received the watches please check this video, if it is different.

If it is the same watch, why are TDs listing them as 2 different items (maybe they could have just updated the Green Factory listing with new factory name), something is suspicious. Anyways, after looking at trusty and PT pics, I think they are same dial...its just a matter of lighting used for the pics. Both models have the moonphase dial sunken in a bit and printing looks identical.

This is for individuals that wanted to do a side by side of the PureTimes releases. Again in my opinion, it's the same dial, just under different lighting conditions.
