Regarding the replacement of the breakable winding stem of the 324sc clone movement unfortunately I couldn't find a cheap source either. The best price I know is RMB 200 each in case of a batch order of 10 pieces.

I have a few reinforced 324 stems for sale. I have not yet listed them on TAOBAO but I plan to sell them for 180 RMB each (shipping within China included). I believe that the demand is not high.

As I'm planning my 5711 mod build I'm wondering - which hands are easier to fit on the 3K movement - PPF or Buff? AFAIK none are direct fit but which are easier to make them fit?

i think it depend more on your dial choice.
The buff hands are very good on buff dials.

You should go with the buff hands, they are better then the PPF on all accounts. (Its imo the only hands with the correct dimensions) None of the hands fits direct on the 3KF, not even gen. Have your watchmaker smooth out the rough edges, and you might need a relume, depending on what dial you use.

Mine is buff dial buff hands, but Legend has to do some Modding to fit the 3kf movement

Previously, the buff hands were too bright compared to the dial and always looked too green. They have now corrected them and have exactly the same lumen as the dial buff.

The hands suppose to look a bit more green as on gen. I believe the v1 is spot on. According to buff the v2 second hand should fit the 3k , BUT I already tested it doesnt fit. I believe what mark1937 have now is a v3 hands. Keep us posted on the fitment.
Buff also released a newer version dial officially . Which a few member including myself already got before. The sunblast effect is very different from the older version , which i think its more gen like. However fitment on the dial is still an issue, the dial feet dont match 3k. It needs to be clued on .

I read on another thread that even the gen dial doesn't fit the clone movement.
