FYI Regarding the replacement of the breakable winding stem of the 324sc clone movement unfortunately I couldn't find a cheap source either. The best price I know is RMB 200 each in case of a batch order of 10 pieces. I have a few reinforced 324 stems for sale. I have not yet listed them on...

Just pulled the trigger to make my own 5711 build as well.

Our plan is 3kf base + ppf v4 dial + custom DW + ppf hands / buff hands (depends on availability)

Will take note of this one @Erinoush. Read also that there are some problems in fitting the buff hands with the 3kf but if the difference is minimal, i could go with the ppf hands. Thanks!

I'm guessing the adjacent edges of the lugs and/or the first links should be chiselled (sorry if I used a wrong English verb for this process).

you should remove the bracelet, and slightly trim the edge of the first link below the case ....

Take the bracelet off, sand down the lower part of the first link, where the spring bar hole at. Dont over do it tho. When you reinstall the bracelet on , use some force and push the endlink toward the case more, that will loosen it up a bit more.

IMO you should also install full set buff hands to make it perfect since now you already got the best case .

Looks great -- Buff dial has a distinctive sunburst (more than the gen) but objectively it's a great looking dial. Legend's finish on case and bracelet look awesome (as always).

I have spoken directly with Buff and the above is correct:

1. 3KF V2 base
2. Buff Dial, Hands and DW

9500RMB complete; or
3000RMB for Buff Dial, Hands and DW

I will be ordering one shortly

Haha, this is the million (sorry, some hundred) dollar question. Unfortunately I don't have a direct contact with Buff and WeChat seller popup didn't reveal it to me (he might not know either).

get yourself a set of buff hands and the watch will be awesome ;-)
