As you can see, both the premium and chronometer have an Incablock shock absorber (as opposed to the standard and special which have a slightly inferior Novodiak). So just make sure you buy the one with an Incabloc and you will be fine.
In that case I would also look at the pinion height as I'm sure these come with the normal height which is too tall for a Rolex. If you put a replica set of hands on a regular SW220 they will probably sit too tall and perhaps get stuck with the crystal. You can buy a new canon pinion set which would replace the pieces on the regular SW220 and you will be fine.
