Yes it is ZFac decoration
ZFac has included "real" jewels for this decoration.
And it seems that jewel size is more accurate than KW ones

I am quite glad that kw version release was announced when it was or I would have ordered zf and more than likely been pissed off at the qc issues some buyers have mentioned, 12 marker, bezel markers not aligned, skinny 15 marker, cg (wtf happened there), non-centered dwo. I am not overly anal but when spending $500+ I'm a little bit more pedantic about details.

I mean even a pic of the completed watch to wet our appetites would keep buyers chasing the kw bronze carrot at the end of the stick IMO

I agree - I was searching for the perfect strap for my inbound 382. I decided to make my own from the center horn section of a baby alligator. I've got it pre loaded with a 26 bronze buckle

That looks great! May I know where the bronze buckle is from? Is it the same material as the 382 bronze case?
