Heard back from Alen over at Kuvarsit today in a PM. He says that the KW 382 is ready and will be on sale in 2 weeks thru TDs and them.
But my question is why 2 weeks if the watch is ready??? :/

Very interesting seeing these two very separate, but also coherent forums interact. We kind of stirred a little chaos in their thread. Google translate doesn't do the site justice. From what made sense it appears to be a forum for dealers rather than collectors.

They are talking about lots of other interesting things also.
- New attempt at PAM305 (possibly ZF).
- KW PAM510 V2 with functional 8-day movement, they have a gen.

This is the thread presenting the 382.

Google translates the thread title to: "Panerai Pam382 1:1 in the history of the most poisonous Z genuine top bronze mold". The text also mentions toxic and poisonous a couple of times.
A. Let's hope it is just jokingly. My jokes seldom create laughter among my Chinese colleagues.
B. If they've had toxic problems in the creation of this replica, that's very sad. Hope nobody came to harm.
C. Material should be same as gen, and certainly has the same characteristics. So I will have no problems wearing mine.

I've been to that site, but the lack of accurate translations make it hard to make sense of.

you need to purchase at least one to become a member of that forum.

no, it's still a ZF 382 like everyone else got. the dealer praises KW alot though.

no again, he didn't mean the watch is "toxic", more like "narcotic" which makes you addictive.

that dealer is a well known snitch with a bad mouth among the asian rep community, but he does have loads of leaks on the new reps.

he explained much better.. have been reading chinese rep forums whole morning.. i think basically if you find a specific rep you really like and wish to buy, you can use that word to express your "addictive"..

ganlinia, just to confirm what you are saying that the dealer isn't a good person? i was actually thinking about contacting him with details CKFS provided.

Yes, Mysterio. What do you want to know?

Since it looks like Dannyw, Fuzzer, and Ganlinia Sirs have stated their views on this site. Pretty good I guess.

What I know this dealer is famous about his "bad-mouthing" as well as his "frankness" about faults of replica watches from every factory. He records almost all his watches in video and publishes on line for his customers to watch as part of his "QA/QC". Pretty unique. And every watch he needs to test to make sure it is water-proof up to 30m.

Since he goes to those factories and dealers every day, he will always have the first-hand ("insider") information about what is good what is bad what needs to wait, etc. However, how to use those information and share with his customers while keeping good relationship with all his suppliers, that is indeed a challenge. Sometimes his forum will say things that is not really true to avoid conflict but he will inform his close friends/loyal customers by private e-mails what really happened…..Difficult to understand on surface in the view of outsiders for sure!

Dannyw sir,

The dealer is one of the best replica dealers I have ever encountered. Feel free to contact him. However, he is not good at English. Make sure use as much as Chinese possible! Good luck.

well... that's what most people in the rep game said about him.

personally, i think he's funny & daring. he's the only dealer willing to spend time shooting QC "video" instead of photos. i always get a good laugh watching them.
