Just came in today. First impression is that the gold is a little pink. More coppery than my rose gold Schumacher. Might be a catch and release for me.

Yes I agree. It looks too pink / brown just like my Juan Pablo Montoya that I wear today.
Some people mentioned that RG will go through oxidation and it will change color but so far I don't see any change in my JPM RG.
Noob RG was more accurate than JF RG.
Crazy thing is that it is much pinker in person than the pictures could capture.

Yes I know. My JPM RG looks more like yellow gold in pics but in reality it is pink / bronze.

The 15400 is a really good looking watch. I have it in the silver dial but i don't wear it so much. Only if i'm going somewhere loud so no one can hear the rotor spinning. I've not yet figured how to make it spin quietly - If you think what the hell is this guy talking about, take your watch to a library and look for people giving your spinny watch funny looks lol
I'm currently on my phone so I can't link it to you, but there is or even many threads on how to silence the rotor of your 15400. Basically have to remove the case back, and drop a specific oil into a specific place

Replacement screws came today! They are noticeably longer than the original ones with much better threading.

Thanks for sharing. How are the connecting pieces of the bracelet on the latest batch? Jf used to not plate them with gold on two sides...

I have SS 15400 with blue dial and bracelet has perfect finish, it feels smooth on the wrist.
If I were buying RG 15400 I would go for leather strap. I love how 15400 with black dial on the black leather strap looks like.

Thanks mate. I struggled to find the right thread as there are plenty of references for noisey 15400 rotor lol. I need a different screwdriver than the one I have and the right oil but I'll pic them up this week and get it done this weekend
