Loctite

Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Either loctite or glue. Although loctite needs something to screw into, to make a proper seal. This pin is literally just sitting in the bracelet and can be pushed out with a small enough driver. Might glue it too.. weird, because my tourbillon AP has never had the issue.

Ok guys, just received my JF 15400 yesterday &I need some input. In order to take out the links I sprayed the adjustable links with WD40 and left it over night. The next day I took the watch to my local watchmaker to adjust the links. However he could still not take out a few links.

So I came back and and decided to dip the bracelet in wd 40 for a whole night (picture below). However I am concerned that this way the clasp is also completely submerged in WD40, and that the clasp may become loose or very soft. Is this a good way? Or should I take out and just spray over screws and leave it overnight like I did before?

^ Detach the entire bracelet from the watch head and submerge the entire bracelet.

I pulled the trigger on a full rose gold JF. would it be an issue submerging the full rose gold bracelet in WD40 or baby oil for a whole day?

Does anyone know if there will be a release of the AP 15400 dual tone by the JF eventually? Have been waiting for months but there seem to be no news of it. :(

quite possibly, it's hard to say. They may be gauging interest for their current model first

Can anyone notice any flaws with this one below? Right off the bat I noticed the 3 o'clock marker being off and pointing downward, don't know if its just lighting or the angle. Also the bezel screws on the left and right sides look to be weird....thoughts? Thanks!

I don't like that kind of questions like "what can you guys see what's wrong"

Don't think it's the angle. I got my black dial version and my 3 o'clock marker was crooked a tad, but nowhere near as bad as yours.

I think it's the same as the ones we have, blue makes tap look bigger than silver

Have been asking about the dual tone one but seems like no one has heard anything about it. I haven't asked our TDs yet though but I decided to search for some news on the net. Then I came across this Chinese dealer that claimed that JF always had the dual tone released. Though he said he only has the white dial version. Can someone verify if this is really released by JF? The taps do look small but my limited knowledge of the JF AP 15400 and my untrained eyes can't differentiate between the different factories.

I can't see the pictures but from the first video I'm sure it's not the JF
