Hey, kennycoder, I finally got my v5 from SWF yesterday. To manually wind, what crown position is used? Fully pushed in, or pulled out 1 notch?

If it isn't a screw down crown, then you can wind it in the fully pushed in position (like a Hublot Big Bang). If the crown screws down, then winding is in position 1 (pulled out once).

What do you think of the movement? The seconds wheel at 6 is it as jittery as in Kenny's video?

Well, when I first saw his video, I thought it looked pretty smooth. But I suppose I can see a tiny bit of jitteriness since some of you have mentioned it. I'll admit that the second hand on mine doesn't move as smoothly as I had hoped it would, but as long as the whole thing keeps functioning, I'll be ok with it. In comparison, the small seconds sub-dial @9 on my PAM rep, and even the large centre second hand on my Omega PO rep, both rotate more smoothly.

By the way, how is the smoothness of the sub-seconds dial on the 3878 spitfires from ZF and SWF? Better than we're observing on the SWF 3714?

It's def more jerky as compared with gen (which I have), but more importantly, the gold colour looks off on the hands and dial (way too yellow) and the hands appear not to have the 3D curvature of gen hands and look sort of flat. May be its lighting but these are very easy tells of true.

IMO, having seen some videos in the past, the movement seems to be at least a tad smoother than the older reps.
As for color, that's no lighting, the hands and numerals are indeed yellow gold with no hint of copper.

Quick question for you guys: What is the lug width supposed to be on the 3714? I had thought it was 21mm, but my SWF v5 measures 20mm. I want to make sure my rep isn't inaccurate before dropping $330 on a gen strap. Thanks for any help!

Lug width should be 20mm on the 3714
