Thanks all for the posts and pics. It made me decide on the blue V2J.

Its a JF v2 but in a curious light

The biggest tell is still weak printed minute markers and Swiss Made.
Gen minute markers and all the printing on the dial is very sharp and crisp.

Could anyone help me with a decision? I am torn between black dial V2J in steel or rose gold from louie. How is the coating on these, are they any good for being a daily watch? I really dig the look of RG with black dial and black strap.

I would say go with blue way better than black and you are not so easy "called" out.

Yeah, the blue looks nice but personally, I think the black is easier to match with clothes that's why I favor it. Thanks for the advice!

This is my QC from locolouie today. I think the dial looks OK for the black compared to some I saw earlier here.

Looks identical to the old v2js Just the light is different.
