I feel personally attacked.

Because it's more like:

- Pre-release photos are pics of the gen
- Factory studio lighting looks okay enough I guess
- Why is the date off?
- QC looks like ass
- Video review: Oh no why did I even think I was going to buy this?
- Someone makes an aftermarket part
- Maybe I'll buy it
Confessions of a nitpicker? ;-)

I love the maturation process of a new release.

- Finally, an amazing perfect replica
- Everyone getting in line to grab one
- There is this one thing
- Does this look right to you
- I hear there is an issue with
- I don't like how this looks
- QC looks nothing like the pre-release photos
- If you take 1/3 from this, 1/3 from that, 1/3 from the other.. and $1500 , you got the perfect one!
- So disappointed after it arrived
- We all feel like we are now owed money

so true

Perhaps the thing to do is order the IPF 15450 watch and source the B7F/TWF dial separately. Might have to do some modding for the dial to fit in the IPF case. Just a thought.

Yeah. There were also some aftermarket 15450 dials too I thought?

I'm sure BUFF or SWF or someone will start making some. Maybe DP actually they do the aftermarket AP dials.

but buff dials are usually running around 500$ arent they? given that gen dials go for 1000$ i don’t see this to be worth it not getting the gen…

for instance i just went DP dial + mod = 700$ on a 15202 but only because the gen dials go for 10,000$ +- so that makes sense imho

also on the 5711 it totally makes sense as they go for 8-12k but i would never buy that close to gen price for an aftermarket dial…

Gen blue 15450 dials are unicorns and had a pricetag of over 3000 USD last time I checked sadly. I think white and grey are much cheaper.

And those two colors make the dial look bigger somehow compared to the blue so I'm okay with that

blue dials are the most expensive dials of any royal oak model and hard to find

Compared to the gen i think that that blue is out …… i yet had a similar one on a 15400 and don t like it in neither way…. Too shallow and off for me…but they are reps….. and so go on with the game of changing swapping spending
