Appreciate the insight buddy - have seen you around these parts for some time! Based on the image above for ZF....it looks pretty glaringly off on size of dial/font/sharpness, doesn’t it? Or is it just not aligned correctly in the comparison so a perspective issue?

I am worried about regression, and generally see the 9.5 as very damn close for rep purposes. Even on video comparisons, I can barely spot the differences besides width of watch being more on the reps. Do you think the “super rep” classification is warranted for the 9.5? I may just pull the trigger, as even side by side I struggle to see a huge delta to gen (then again haven’t had in hand).

No, I do not think that the V9.5 diver is a "super rep", colloquially speaking of course.
The dive bezel numeral lume construction is the greatest tell for me. The hands are off, datewheel/cyclop combination isn't convincing and there are other minor flaws.
I think that the ZF dial shown by Kobe is pretty good. Don't nitpick on it, it is a lot better than the JF dial.

Lol I sold my Diver V9.5 like 2 weeks ago and already begin to miss it.
I guess I will have a tough time waiting for ZF or XF to release a nice 15703 or 15710 Diver

I can bet you that the ZF diver will not be perfect either lol.
But if you are implying that it is potentially a lot better than the JF diver, I am inclined to agree, though I have not seen the model yet.
If ZF is business savvy, it will learn from the shortfalls of the JF diver (good rep but hardly a super rep) and improve on those points.

Now we need to see two rings DW side by side , thickness will be near perfect it’s not clone , case back engraving supposed be better than JF , maybe the flaw only Rubber strap moving , I hope do it correctly, I’m sure this’s killer Rep bad QC ZF,

Am I crazy or are the hour markers misaligned? The TD insists the watch, "is ok." I don't think you can rotate the indices to line them up either because the 12 o'clock marker looks correct.

Any thoughts? Is this TD blind or am I blind? Thanks

My OCD is triggered. Draw lines maybe the TD will understand lol

Agreed, and historically not an uncommon problem with the diver~my OCD would force me to reject as well

It is fairly accurate but not 1:1.
So it depends on your level of acceptance.
