The quite huge pinion hole in the second hand is the only thing what disturbs a little bit.
It is bigger than on other reps I noticed.

I am really excited for the ZF Diver. Can‘t wait longer!!! Lol

I would wait and see, what new flaws the new maker has to offer. Maybe the Tachy gets better, but as compensation they might add 2 new flaws.

Typically when batch stocks are depleted and the crowd gets restless lol. Yes once to twice a year, for models which are fairly fast moving.

Thanks, in that case V10 must be around the corner. I'll wait for that. Hopefully they'll apply the ghosting to the bezel numerals.

Those are technically the white painted base upon which the lume is applied, leaving a white border around the numbers. There is nothing ghostly about it since they are distinct and clear lol

Still not the ghost line as gen. I think gen they use lazer the number and paint it before lume. The lume is perfectly drop in rail around the number. I had gen bezel here.

What’s the opinion these days on buying the JF 9.5 vs holding out to Q1/Q2 2020 on new versions? I’ve lasted this long - I feel like I could wait a few more months just fine. I’m concerned that there may be a regression though in v10 - does that happen ever?

Regressions in Vn+1 from Vn?
Plenty of times. Typically one or some aspects are improved and others show regression.
Will advise you to keep your eyes on the ZF diver instead. I am not saying that it will be perfect, but I am saying that it has potential to be a near "super rep" at least.

Appreciate the insight buddy - have seen you around these parts for some time! Based on the image above for ZF....it looks pretty glaringly off on size of dial/font/sharpness, doesn’t it? Or is it just not aligned correctly in the comparison so a perspective issue?

I am worried about regression, and generally see the 9.5 as very damn close for rep purposes. Even on video comparisons, I can barely spot the differences besides width of watch being more on the reps. Do you think the “super rep” classification is warranted for the 9.5? I may just pull the trigger, as even side by side I struggle to see a huge delta to gen (then again haven’t had in hand).
