Thanks borthers. I'm really pleased with it. Looking forward to the next stage, but that will be a few months away.
As for the weight, I've actually put on about 18lbs, but its all been muscle mass and I've slimmed down in doing it. Now that I've had my big ink session, I'm on to an ultra-low calorie phase of my diet plan. I've been eating 3750 calories a day to add the mass, and now I need to trim the body fat to give some definition. for the next 10 days, I will be surviving on 4 protein shakes and a light meal. Aiming for 800-1000 calories a day. After 10 days, I'll be back at 1800-2000 calories. I've got just over three weeks until holiday. Need to get that beach body rocking again :laugh:
Working from home today. Builders are clearing up the mess they created yesterday in knocking down the rear wall after getting the new steels in. Standing in the doorway looking across the space, it's crazy just how big that room is going to be (400 square foot) and that's just part of it. The roof will be finished by the weekend hopefully, but it's pouring down here today and the forecast doesn't look too great.
