the case of the new CFs has been reworked to accept the 3285 which is wider, and the serials are different. I placed the order, I hope it's perfect for my franken ;-)

Does the GMT hand still wiggle when adjusting the hour hand with the new 3285 movement?

There is still a slight wobble, but it is not noticeable and is much better than when equipped with the 3186 movement.

Because it doesn’t matter to most buyers.

The movement factories are actually reluctant to spend more effort on polishing the surfaces, after all they have to control costs while ensuring mass production, if the movement is too expensive, the price of the watch model will also become very high, which is not acceptable for most of our friends.

Are you gonna pay for that? Finishing the movement parts to a high level adds a loooot more cost than making a case look nice.

I think it’s still a hell of good deal what we get with buying the CF reps, compared to waiting almost forever to buy a substantialy more expensive gen one.
I’m thrilled to see where the development goes! In my opinion the ARF GMT 116710 LN is still the best option if you go with a VR movement and a insert plating or CF LN insert.

Looks like a solid effort from CF. Without nitpicking, I think this is as good as you could hope for. Of course, I have not had one in hand so I cannot comment on build quaility or how the bezel feels, but damn, it looks like a BLNR!

Just wish clean could get bezel teeth like vsf, vsf just hit that so hard lol! Wish they would do a gmt!

I first bought a TC Extreme LV in about 2016, registered my interest on a Batman in 2017 and finally got a call in 2022 for a Batgirl. Since sold the TC watch, but now looking for a rep batgirl to wear as a daily, and save my gen in the box!

Is this rep the one that is recommended to be most like the gen vesion on the wrist? Apologies in advance for not spending hours reading through the site..!

I have a gen Batman and rep Pepsi. As much as I love my reps (I think I have over 40), wearing gen is just a different experience!
