Bezel cuts are not as deep down on the inserts, this should be easy to solve. This what people talk about "feeling" its a rep vs gen.

Also Clean really has to sort their crystal, that white milky ring just throws me off.

Bro I think you are bothered more by the straight CGs. A good modder could take 0.5mm off the sides of the lugs just at the ends if you really feel the need. I've taken way more than that off to get rid of dings/dents or to decrease chamfers. But really the V2 is close enough.

the case of the new CFs has been reworked to accept the 3285 which is wider, and the serials are different. I placed the order, I hope it's perfect for my franken ;-)

Gen BLRO. There is not a correlation between model and color split line. Rather there are different batches of products for all models which may have minor variances.

I'd imagine during the production process the numerals are engraved after the insert is fired/coloured. There are no tool or place holder marks on the insert, therefore it is down to the technician who puts the insert in the engraving jig to ensure it is lined up correctly. It's likely done by eye.

I'm so glad that they finally made it replicating the 3285. It's now definately a watch I'm looking out for to buy as my dream Rolex is a 126710 BLNR on a jubilee bracelet. I just love the combination of the maxi case with the jubilee bracelet. But I know some will definately disagree with me.

I haven't been able to find any bad font examples of the Pepsi or Batman though
