Noob's is garbage, ARF's will be the bomb if the speed bumps are as minimal as the pics indicate but they won't sell it separately. So we're stuck with buying two watches to make one good one. Again.

ARF case set is a no go cause it’s crown guards are based on the 127xxx.

I remember reading somewhere that the V9F has a good case set. But how does it compare to GMF?

Check the lugs, rehaut engravings, crown guards and also whether an ARF bracelet will if that happens to be come a necessity

You could get away with using the ARF case for a 11671x if you wanted to. It is a great caseset (which includes the bracelet and clasp). Some people would pick ARF quality over exact CGs. VRF has gen-like CGs for a 116710, though all those are engraved 126710, lol. I'll have to look at the V9F again. They are recent entrants into Rolex reps but seem like decent quality. I have one of their 116710 PCL bracelets, it's very good quality. Bought it from a Franken leftover parts sale, still wrapped. Some people are swapping Noob Pepsi inserts into VRF cases, so that's really a 126710 in a case with 116710 CGs.

That would be my choice right now provided the Noob V11 BLNR really has a VR3185. ARF won't ever sell their Batman insert separately though so here we go again.

Which is the best base for this.
New noob or new GMF?

Noob has better case and movement. GMF crystal sits too high. ARF insert is best.
