The insert engravings look deeper and maybe slightly wider. Fonts are the same (bad 1 serif), 18 transition point is still wrong, 6 still has speed bump.

Hmmm weird, I noticed the Pepsi on the website has the new 3285, although it claims to be the GMF V2.

Maybe its just the quality of those two pictures but the insert numbers appear to have more depth and the gap between the 18 looks a bit less. (atleast imo)

I think the V4 will have the new movement so PC just isn't up to speed with the listings and pics. The V4 Batman is also listed V3 in the same sentence.

You are right the 18 gap looks improved. Rep factories still haven't done what plenty of aftermarket insert makers have done.

Correct transition points, proper blue color, no speed bumps, (almost) proper 1 serifs

Definitely agree with you here, it's so hard for them to get the insert right. The only one I can appreciate that comes close is Noobs pepsi lol, not cheap, though!

Interested to see what ZZF have in the works.

We keep hearing rumors of a CF Batman insert and an ARF Pepsi. These people are amazing at what they do, they will get it eventually just like the CF Hulk insert. It's finally "good enough".

sorry but it seems the pepsi insert is not updated. Still the thin numbers, the 1's serif is not curved, and all the numbers have that grainy feel to them. The transition is still a hard transition of two parts.

Which TD would you say has the best GMT Batman watch with correct Bezel?

I made a payment for the watch below and received photos from QC from and they just can’t seem to get have Bezels right. 18- blue line goes through the middle, and also has speed bumps.

Is it safe to assume that when I buy watches from TD, I would also need to make small modifications to be satisfied?

Just a quick post as I have only just got round to installing Tapatalk on my phone!

I have had my GMF v3 Batman for a month now and couldn’t be happier. I am careful when changing the time to run the date on a day. If I have been busy at the desk all day I find that the power reserve isn’t enough to run it all night without a short retime in the morning, I’ll wind it up about 10 1/4 turns.

In my very novice view of this, it’s just awesome. The watch came impeccably wrapped and packaged via Andrew at trustytime. My very first dealing with anyone in the rep business and thanks to this forum for many tips and advice that I traveled through! Hope it’s ok that I posted a pic attached …
